Programs
Home repair programs for homes 50+ years old. We also provide construction management for the repair and preservation of historic properties in and out of historic districts.
Small
Businesses
Small businesses with 10 or fewer employees have easy access to loans up to $5000 for working capital, expansion, fixtures, lease-hold improvements, inventory, or even business start-up costs.
Development Partners
PRF provides Developers with customisable financing including but not limited to Pre-Development, Construction, Bridge, and Mezzanine loans. Priority is given to projects that promote deed restricted mixed income projects where there is a preservation component.

From color consultations to salvaged materials and even loans for historic restoration, PRF provides the support needed to bring older homes back to life.
