93 Princeton Avenue
back to projects
Brothers Ross and Seth O'Connor bought this vinyl-sided Colonial Revival house in the North Elmwood Historic District in 2004. The project was undertaken in two phases. The first phase began in winter, 2004, and involved the replacement of the roof and removal of the vinyl siding. Upon removal of an insensitive portico replacement, the original portico was found untouched beneath its replacement. Once the original siding was exposed, a full construction specification was done by Project Manager Thom D'Ovidio that called for carpentry and trim repair, window replacement, and a full exterior paint job. The second phase of repairs were completed in the fall of 2005. This distinguished Colonial Revival house once again contributes to the historic character of Princeton Avenue.
